Sample Availability & Policy:
If you need to order sample for checking-up, we'd like to ask you to pay for the samples and courier cost. We send the samples to you only after receipt of your payment. If you do not have a courier account, you can send your courier to collect samples from our company.
Guarantees/Warranties/Terms and Conditions:
Courier freight depends on the quantity, weight and carton size and your location. After exporting, we get in touch with clients to track their satisfaction with our products. We have trade specialists handling all transportation and exporting issues.
Export/Import Processing Support:
We provide pre-production samples and will discuss product design details before production. We always do our best to meet your requirements during production. Logo and/or imprint can be printed on our products by silkscreen printings, offset printing,labeling and hot-stamping.

Quality Control
QC/Technical Support:
All QC inspectors are trained before being allowed to start QC. Strict inspection would be conducted from acquiring raw material to finishing the products and completing packaging. Every production line are under inspection by professional QCs who will conduct piece by piece inspection before packaging.
QC Staff:

Materials/Components:
We have specialists to do IQC for all incoming raw materials. We label passed materials and discard inferior materials. During production.
Procedures/testing Details:
We inspect the raw materials to make sure that the specification and quality is identical to every product to ensure a good and safe product. Random QC includes output pulse meeting the original design and rejects visible defected products. Also, we ensure that the final packaging is completed. We do tests to make sure the quality of our products.
