Sucker rod coupling
Class T coupling for sucker rod are manufactured as per API Spec 11B standard for the thread cttting,we plant tap extruded thread in room temperature by reseating materical rather than cutting material in making coupling threads.This craft dresults in a compressive stress at the root of the thread,giving better maximum strength and overcame the traditional weak point of cut-thread couplings.
Our class T coupling is using AISI 5140/1045 to manufacture .The coupling is coated using phosphate chemical treatment.The couplings are available in full size,slim hole and Sub OD.
Sub Coupling, or Change Over Coupling, used for connecting two sizes of sucker rod, also including SM
Coupling, T Coupling, KD Coupling, and UHS Coupling, with specification of Full Size, and Slim Hole.
The Permit Work load is 80KN, and the Damage load is 238KN.
