A>First inquiry services
1>When we get your first inquiry/email or message ,we will reply you within 24 hours. If your order/message is very urgent, please leave us your phone number so that we can give you a phone call as soon as possible.
B>Sample services
1> Our sales will follow your requirement to make the sketches for you(if you haven't your own sketch).When you confirm it we will ask our pattern maker and sample maker to follow your requirement to make the polo t shirt samples.
2> Before the samples is sent out ,we will take some pictures for you ,so that you can check it at first by emaill.
3>Sample manufacture lead time will need about five to seven days .
4>When you receive the samples and are satisfied with our samples, we will discuss the final order directly at next time.But if you are not satisfied with our samples,please show us the flaw of the samples so we can give the right messages to our pattern maker and sample sewing makers and re-do the right samples for you.
(1). If we have the sample in stock,we will provide you,you just give us your Express A/C No.
(2). if we do not have it in stock, we will make it for you, then you should pay the sample fee and freight,we can finish the samples within 5-7working days. The sample fee is refundable after the order placed(quantity ≥1000pcs)
C>Bulk production services
1>Before cutting the bulk production fabric,we will send you 1-2pp samples for your checking.
2>When you confirm the PP samples,we will start to cut the fabric and to sew the fabric panels.
3>During we are making the bulk production,we will send you some sewing pictures for your goods.
4>Before we finish the ironing and packing,we will randomly elect 2 production shipping
samples to send you,and notice you the final date when we finish your goods packing.When you receive the samples and confirm it then we will arrange to ship it.
5>Before the vessel arriving the destination port,we will notice you so that you can contact your local freight agent to clear the customs.

Usually,the fee of the products is paid by our client, and it can be negociated according to the specific condition.

Our MOQ is 500 pieces. The delivery date is based on your quantity and the arrangement of our workshop.
Generally, it is 45-65 days after all the details comfirmed.
