Re-refining and reusing lubricant oils is both environmentally friendly and economical due to increasing costs of both oil and disposal. ASSEN TYA Vacuum lube oil purifier will ensure a producer can consistently re-refine used lubricant oils to their original condition with minimal degradation. Since the TYA occurs under high vacuum in our short path evaporator, the oil is exposed to high temperatures for just seconds avoiding product degradation.
1.Double primary-filter structure, large capacity for holding particles, Multi-stage filtration system to ensure high filtration precision.
2. Special polymer materials as filter medium with the functions of broken emulsion, dewatering, removing particles
3.Duplex-Stereo film evaporation technology, equips with unique and advanced dewatering, degassing components, can rapidly and effectively remove water, gas, particles and volatile matter (such as alcohol, gasoline, ammonia, etc.)
4. Automatic backwashing system, improving working efficiency
5. Advanced medium cooling system
6. High quality filtering components, large capacity for holding particles, anti-corrosion, good mechanical performance, long lifetime.
7. Efficient electric heating system, heating uniformity, less power consumption, safe, and reliable.
8. Adopts interlocked protective system, which connect oil pump, heater and liquid level sensor, avoiding blank heating, blank pumping, oil leak and electricity leak. If there is any fault, machine will be power off automatically.
TYA vacuum lube oil purifier is mainly for purifying unqualified lubricating oil, hydraulic oil, compressor oil, and other industrial oils, this machine can rapidly separate water, gas, particles and volatile matter from oil.

Q: What's the purpose of hydraulic oil/lubricating oil?
A:Power transmission: The primary purpose of any hydraulic fluid is to transmit power mechanically throughout a hydraulic power system. To ensure stable operation of components, such as servos, the fluid must flow easily and must be incompressible.
Lubrication: Hydraulic fluids must provide the lubricating characteristics and qualities necessary to protect all hydraulic system components against friction and wear, rust, oxidation, corrosion, and demulsibility. These protective qualities are usually provided through the use of additives.
Sealing: Many hydraulic system components, such as control valves, operate with tight clearances where seals are not provided. In these applications hydraulic fluids must provide the seal between the lowpressure and high-pressure side of valve ports. The amount of leakage will depend on the closeness or the tolerances between adjacent surfaces and the fluid viscosity.
Cooling: The circulating hydraulic fluid must be capable of removing heat generated throughout the system.
