Convenient
Ruizhou sample cutting machine is specially developed cutting solution for footwear and garment industry. Based on vacuumsuction system, it is able to create accurate footwear and garment patterns on standard pattern paper, cardboard, or PVC sheet.
Features:
1 Application of self-developed built-in digital control system, imported American CPU and precise electronic components make the machine system technologically take the lead both in stability and operability at home and abroad.
2 Combination of imported linear tracks and synchronous belt in the machine make the cutting precision up to zero error of shuttle origin completely.
3 Double-line LCD display clearly and digital control interface facilitate operation.
4 Standard I/O interface and HP-GL and GP-GL formats; cutting speed ranges from 60cm/s to 90cm/s with high stability and security.
5 Unique page-flipping cutting function among the home-made cutting machines.
6 Connectible to any CAD software, widely used for design and manufacture of footwear, apparel, suitcases, bags, lamps and automobile leatherwares.

* Ruizhou tables are easy to install and simple to set-up and use. The table is programmed for use with Ruizhou RECAD software, which apart from the manual adjustment for the depth of the knife, will reduce the need for hands-on setup of the table.
