Precision Si3N4 ceramic ball for mechanical seals
Si3N4 Ceramic bearings balls is generally assembled in bearing for application in high-tech industry such as aerospace, national defense, chemical industry, metallurgical, medical, food, oil plant, electronic etc.
1) black color as standard, gray color could be supplied upon customer requirement. 2) Plenty of stock. 3) Non-standard size and different gauge could be supplied.
Specification:
1) Chemical resistant. Can work in various chemicals.
2) No need lubrication, clean, and can wash in the water.
3) Non-magnetic and insulation. Reliable working.
4) Constant working in high temperature till 800 Centigrade by choosing different cage.
5) High speed.
6) Light weight.
7) Outstanding long time working in low temperature till -80 centigrade.
8) Tolerance is as per normal bearings. Easy for assembly.
Application is as under:
Si3N4 ball can be used in all bearings with special requirement: high speed bearing, high precision bearing; vacuum bearing; high/low temperature bearing, non-magnetic bearing, high precision ball screw; Si3N4 ball can also be used as valve ball and metering ball in chemical pump, high-temperature pump, metering pump.
