Spoon mould
Mould Steel
1. cavity and core steel: S136 mould steel for cavity and core, made in Germany, HRC45-48.
2. inserts and slides steel: H13 ( DIN1.2344), tempered with HRC42-55, nitrited with HRC60-65
3. mould spare parts: H13 ( DIN1.2344 ), tempered with HRC40-45, nitrited with HRC60-62
4. mould base: 1.1730
Delivery Date
It takes 7 days for 2D part drawing and 3D mould design, the first testing sample will be sent to the buyer within 45 days after 3D mould drawing was confirmed 60 days for shipment.
Mould Service
a. We will send weekly mould progress report and tooling schedule.
b. We will send the first testing sample for buyer's inspection and work out improvement requirements.
c. We will send the mould testing video, 2D part drawing and 3D mould design before shipment.
