special requirements are acceptable.But kindly tell us your special requirement for the packing
before the order confirm.
Shipping:
If your quantity is not large,we suggest ship by express because it is much more convenient for itsdoor-to -door service.But if the quantity is large,it may be better to ship by sea for the cheaper price
but longer time to delivery.
ASK:Do you offer sample?
Yes,we can offer you the sample for the quality confirmation.But molding charge and the shipping cost should be paid by your side.When your order reach 5000pcs within 2 years,molding charge will be refund.
ASK:What is the molding charge?
As different materials and process cost differently,we can not tell exactly how much the molding
charge would be.Kindly tell us the detailed information of the nameplate you are interested in,and we can negotiate.
ASK: How to do business with you?
a.Kindly send us your original logo or design of the nameplate(format in AI,PDF,EPS,CDR would be better).
b.Tell us your idea or the requirement about the nameplate,and drawing will be sent to you
accordingly.
c.Drawing,process and quantity confirm,and exact price will be offered.
d.Price,lead time,payment term,packing ,shipping and other information confirmed
e.Mass produce begins once the deposit paid.And pictures of the goods will be sent when the
goods are finished and get your confirmation.Goods will be sent to you when the balance paid.
f.Feedbacks from your side would be appreciated when you get your goods
ASK:What is the lead time?
Lead time mainly depends on the material,process and quantity of your order.It takes about 2
days for the sample making while 7 days for the mass production.If your order is the urgent one,
we would try our best to shorten the time for you.
ASK:What is the payment term?
The payment term we accept is T/T.Deposit should be paid before the bulk producing,and balance paid before shipping.More information about the payment,please chat with us.
