1, What’s your main products?
A: We mainly manufacture steel door, pvc wooden door, melamine wood door, wood painting door, steel fire
door, armored door, stainless steel door, aluminum toilet door, sliding door, folding door and copper door.
2, What’s your delivery port and delivery time?
A: Our delivery port is Ningbo or Shanghai port in Chin. Delivery time is 20-30days after 30% deposit received.
3, Can customers order different colors and models in one order?
A: Surely yes, mixed colors and models are acceptable. One 20GP we suggest 3 models, one 40HQ we
suggest 5 models.
4, What’s the delivery time of sample?
A: For steel door and pvc door and melamine door:7days. For wooden door:15 days.
5, What’s your policy for samples?
A: For small sample, we can offer for free. For complete set, we have to charge some cost on actual situation. But we will return you the cost if you place order next time.
6, How about your quality control?
A: Quality is priority. We have QC and order processor to supervise the quality everyday.
7. What’s your spacial service?
A: Overseas installation service: after finish production, we will send customers production photos, if no problem, then customers pay the balance: after finish loading container, we will send loading details and loading
pictures.
8: Can you make the door according to our drawing?
A: Yes, we can. But customer should send us drawing to check first, then we talk in details. If we can’t make,
we will inform customer.
9, How about your warranty?
A: Warranty is two years.
10: Where is your factory? How can i visit it?
A:Our factory is in Yongkang city, Zhejiang province. The nearest airport is Yiwu airport or Shanghai airport. About 1 hour’s driving from Yiwu. 3 hour’s fast train from Shanghai. And we also have big showroom and office in Foshan sity, the nearest airport is Guangzhou Baiyun airport. We can pick you up from airport. Warmly
