As the offset ink with high viscosity,so the termperature and pressure go up very quick during milling,it is easy to happen the “ expansion”,so the input of system is difficult.According to the feature of inks,the special design is adopted to this machine,to make the rotor and stator formed narrow slit,the distribution of the medium along the narrow slit chamber and the energy of the material in the milling chamber can be kept even.Wwhile the shaft of rotor rotating the medium and material will be brought up to run together.So to occur the comprehensive movement of squeeze,shear,smash,milling in the milling chamber to disperse the material,meanwhile the cooling system absorb the heating at the both size of narrow slit.When the energy produced form the input,output,the whole equipment operation state are in the balanced condition.So refer to the equipment of continuously milling the balanced dynamic working state is the idea stable condition.
The pressure in the milling chamber is auto-controlled,to choose the optimum milling results.
The mechanical sealing and bearing connected by open mode to solve the problem of clash between main shaft and coupler in the high-viscosity state, so the operation of equipment can be much reliable and safety.
The Double-spiral internal cooling channel can disperse the heating during the operation in high-viscosity.
