5. Vibrate to take off from mold: Can adjust 0~9 times, twice vacuum forming make sure the blister no
transmutation and easy to break off from mold.
6. Twice vacuum forming: Inside place twice vacuum forming make the difficult material easy to form and
increase products quality.
7. Alarm system: Have the product quantity counter; when the plank is full it will be alarm.
8. Control methods: Manual and auto methods can be chose easy to operate the machine.
9. Automatic cutting: Adopt no pole air cylinder drive a razor come-and-go to cut the material. Electric
synchronously adjust up mold.
