Production Flow:
1.Mold Tooling: According to customer’s 2D/3D drawing, or sample, or detailed dimensions of the products, the engineer designs the 3D drawing of the mold. The Mold Tooling Department tools the mold according to the 3D mold drawing. Mold can be used for 200,000 times repeatedly.
2.Material preparation: Purchase the material according to customer’s requirements(hardness, color, material brand, etc.) and quantity. Process the material.
3.Mold trial: The mold trial runs after the completion of the mold. After the trial, will offer several free samples for customer to check. When the samples are accepted by customer, mass production will be arranged. If the samples are not qualified, will modify the mold until the confirmation from the customer.
4.Mass production: Move the mold to the Hydraulic press machine. Put the processed material in the mold to do vulcanization. The product comes into the certain shape.
5.Deflashing & Assembling: Tear the redundant parts. Assemble the different parts if necessary.

2 sets of rubber mixing machine, 2 sets of CNC & 2 sets of EDM imported from Japan.
24 sets of Hydraulic press machines from Taiwan for mass products
Packing:
Inner packing and outer packing according to customer’s requirements. Different packing bags for choosing, such as opp bag, PE bag, blister box, PVC tube, etc.
Testing:
Prefessional inspection team doing one by one test and spot test. Defective products such as with bubbles, holes, damage, marks, spot, etc, will be abandoned,
Can offer sample test reports and material test reports.
