Lubricating the raceway

Bearings YRT(M)and YRTSpeed can be lubricated via the outer ring and inner ring,bearings ZKLDF via the outer ring only.

• Clean the lubrication nipples, clean or replace the lubricant filters.
• Inject grease into all the lubrication nipples until the relubrication quantity is reached,Figure 12

 --Rotate one bearing ring(in the direction of the arrow) during this process and ensure that old grease can exit the bearing without hindrance,Figure12.

 --Before initial operation,it must be ensured that all the lubricant ducts to the bearing are filled with lubricant,Figure13. 

 4.RTR YRT Rotary Table Bearing Packaging: inside,outside surface and raceway are spreaded with antirust & lubricate grease.Inner package is made of plastic film,and then compositive kraft,outer package is enlaced with flax pieces.
