1.Prepare and choose best raw materials----->2.Press and measure steel sheet to be flate for use--->3.Cut steel sheets to different size------>4.Punching the steel sheet to have different necessary holes or shapes on it----->5.then bend the steel sheet to have an edge or sides to be no harm to finger and easy assemble.---->6.welding some parts or strengthen bar to shelves together---->7.QC trial to assemble and check the half situation products------>8.Acid washing the best half products,then phosphorization,then rust-proof,then drying them------>9.QC check them again to find not dealed well goods----->10.Static powder coating,and then drying them------>11.QC recheck them again and then handle them to packing workers.------->12.Start packing and make sure not bad parts packed inside.
