This production line is used for continuous automatic production for one-step forming foaming net. It can produce kinds of fruit packaging such as apple web, water melon web and so forth. It can also produce many other productions such as foaming sheet material, foaming stick, foaming strip and foaming tube with replacing different die head and assistant machine.
1.Foam Net Machine Single extruder is an economical solution for PE foam extrusion, compared to other extruder, melts PE intensively, mixing with other additives cools and transport them to the foam die, enabling an optimal foaming and maximum output.
2.Foam Net Machine Screw and barrel of extruder adopt 38CrMoALA nitrogen treatment so as to prolong service their life.
3. Foam Net MachineDies, the other integral component of the PE foam net extrusion line, are specially manufactured for its high tolerances and provide an efficient process and flexibility to create the highest quality foam to meet today diverse needs
4. Foam Net MachineAutomatic cooling system with AL cast heaters.
5.Foam Net Machine Hydraulic screen changer enabling a continuous production even during changer of screen.

1. The supplier has the responsible of installing and debugging in domestic and the buyer should supply necessary assistance. If going abroad to install, the buyer should pay for flight charge, salary(80$), accommodation,and personal safety for the technician.
2. Guaranteed period is 1-year at the precondition of buyer’s right using and maintenance, wearing parts and no-special parts are not included in this time (belt, chain, bearing, knife etc).
3.The supplier should supply material composing and totally manufacturing engineering to the buyer.
