Fire resistance stage: B2, remove fire 3-5 seconds with Extinguish.
Floor panel:
Generally we have several different solutions:
- 1. Large cold storage, need use forklift to move goods, we will offer 150mm XPS sheet for floor, when installation, need cover 10~15cm cement to seal and fix.
- 2. Middle cold storage, just need use trolley to move goods, we will supply 1.5~3mm anti-sliding stainless steel sheet or anti-sliding aluminum sheet for floor. And floor insulation layer is same with wall and roof panel. Anti-sliding sheet can be connected with insulation layer, but the produce cost will very high
- 3. Small cold storage, floor panel is same with wall and roof panel. Because the floor no need to bear heavy load.
Characteristics of cold room insulation panels
1.Dimensions: depend on your stroage capacity. From 500kg to 500T is available
2. Room Temp.: -10°C to 18 °C
3. Refrigerant: R22/R404a
4. Thickness of panel: depend on your require or we design
5. refrigeration Unit: according to the temp. and the dimensions
6. Door : Swing door or Sliding door and bifold door is optional
7. Documents: complete documents such as instruction, operation manual, wire diagram, good list, certification and so on
The main equipments and materials of cold room insulation panels :
1. Refrigeration system:
1 Compressor: Copeland,
2 Condensing units: air cooler.
3 Evaporator: air cooler.
4 Coolant: R22 or R404a is available.
2. Electric controlling system:
Schneider electric components, digital display for temperature setting and reading, automatic and manual control, warning light for running failure.
3. PU Insulation panel, cold store panels:
1 Material: polyurethane (PU), metal sheet.
2 Density of PU: 35~42kg/m3
3 Metal sheet:according to requirements
4 Thickness of panel: 50mm,75mm,100mm,120mm,150mm,200mm
