1. Product Description:
(Polycrystalline diamond compact) PDC cutter insert consists of polycrystalline diamond layer and
tungsten carbide substrate. It combines the highest hardness, abrasion resistance of diamond and
the high shock resistance of tungsten carbide.
Diamond cutter inserts are designed and manufactured to meet specific project requirements.
They can be manufactured in many different shapes—from basic cylindrical cutters to inserts with
customized angles, diamond thickness, chamfers, and sizes.

Zhuzhou Kerui is able to design and manufacture bit inserts that meet virtually any size or shape
requirement, including ovoids, conicals, and chisels. Here below is the basic cylindrical cutters insert.
We have developed other types of tungsten carbide substrate combined with diamond layer for making polycrystalline diamond compact.
