1. Product Description:
(Polycrystalline diamond compact) PDC insert consists of polycrystalline diamond layer and tungsten
carbide substrate. It combines the highest hardness, abrasion resistance of diamond and the high
shock resistance of tungsten carbide.
Using diamond inserts in traditional rock bits can boost performance, increase durability, and
dramatically improve drilling economics. Diamond-enhanced rock bits also make it possible to
drill formations that are too difficult for traditional tungsten carbide inserts.

Zhuzhou Kerui is able to design and manufacture bit inserts that meet virtually any size or shape
requirement, including ovoids, conicals, and chisels. Here below is one of these shape with full
plate,flat-top.
We have developed other types of tungsten carbide substrate combined with diamond layer for making polycrystalline diamond compact.
