Drill bits set with octagonal prisms are normally used for very soft and unconsolidated
formations, as well as hole cleaning. With a greater number of cutting edges the octagonal
inserts are more hard wearing and are less prone to chip or shatter.
2.Product Picture:
The following octagonal tungsten carbide tips have a 15° cutting angle, with a height of
14.5mm is customized to our clients' drawing.
3. Other types available:
We can also make it with a 25° cutting angle, customers' design is welcomed!
