5 gallon filling equipment for mineral water
Generation introduction
The automatic integrated barreled 3 or 5 gallon barreled drinking water production line, we specialized in 450, 600, 900 barrels per hour. Rinsing process: alkaline water, acid water, sterilized water to make sure the barrl inside is sanitary.
Washing
This machine is two rows 4 washing sections.
1st is washing internal bottles with alkali water.
2nd is washing internal bottles with recycled clear water.
3rd is washing internal bottles with hot detergent water.
4th is washing internl bottles with pure water.
Filling
1. The cleaned bottles would be turned over with the running of chain.
2. Then falls into the bottle carrying chair, another chair oushing cylinder pushes the chair go ahead with the cleaned bottle to under the filling heads.
3. The filling time and the filling volume can be adjusted by on the operation panel.
Capping
1. After the filling, the fulfilled bottles will be pushed by the following bottles to the cap trough, all the caps would be supplied by the cap ordering monitor.
2. After being laid the caps, the following bottles pushing these two bottles to the cap pressing cylinder.
3. The cap will be pressed firmly by the cylinder.
4. After all of these step, the products will go to the conveyor then to the packing parts.
