Characteristics & advantage
1. It is designed more compact, more stable of ontrolling system, adopts with German FESTO, esay to operate and high automatically.
2. Using high accuracy and high speed filling level. Liquid level is more accurate without water loss, ensuring the quality of filling.
3. Capping heads use magnetic torque device, ensuring the capping effect and protect the bottle cap.
4. Using frequency conversion motor of German SEW, can be more convenient to adjust the capacity.
5. Controlling system has the liquid level control function, lack of cap detection alarm function, automatic alarm for card bottle function.
6. Using advanced touch screen control, can realize human-machine conservation.

Rinser part

Capper part
1. Place & capping system, electromagnetic capping heads, with burden discharge function, make sure minimum bottle crash during capping.
2. No bottle no capping and automatic stop when lack of bottle.
