1. What kind of hat style can you provide?
According to shape, there are five-piece cap and buckethat. According to purpose, there are baseball cap, election cap, promotion cap, wholesale and retail cap on the market, etc.
2. How is the logo process technology?
We can do embroidery, printing and hot stamping logos. Among them, embroidery logo is with strong 3D effect and is usually applied to make middle and top grade caps; while printing and hot stamping logos are relatively cheaper.
3. What are the general types of hat fabrics?
Usually, we adopt cotton twill fabric to make advertising promotion caps; mesh fabric or wind coat fabric to make outdoor sports hats, etc.
4. How about backing buckle?
Simple buckle with glue and Velcro, copper button, meanwhile, we can open mould to customize unconventional buckles.
5. If you can dye fabric according to customer's given pantone number?
Yes, but your quantity should reach 5000pcs.
6. Can you accept sample order?
Yes, we can customize according to customers’ design or sample, and because of fabric around the market are not actually the same, the samples maybe a little different.
7. What is the minimum order quantity for Customized hat?
Generally the MOQ should be 1000/style/color. However, we have advertising promotion caps with 8 colors for selection and the quantity is unlimited.
8. What do I need to provide to confirm an order?
Order quantity, material, logo process technology, backing buckle form, normal or cotton auxiliary material, hat purpose, and hurry delivery or not. Meantime, detailed picture or sample is available.
9. Without customer logo, can you quote for customer?
Please provide application purpose and material of the hat, our sales staff can quote you the price of blank hat at first, and after you confirm logo, we can quote the whole hat.
10. How are the price of embroidery logo and printing logo?
Embroidery price is decided by logo size and shape (flat or 3D); printing price is decided by color and number of position, RMB 0.1-0.18 for one color one position, and the minimum charge is RMB 0.2.
11. How long does it take to make sample, is the sample free?
Generally it takes 3 to 5 days, RMB 200 for 1-2pcs. Specific price and time for specific model, please consult our sales team.
12. How is the order process?
Confirm hat specifications - > confirm price - > proofing - > confirm sample - > sign a contract, arrange bulk production - > finish production - > inspection (photo or real product) - > balance payment - > delivery - > after-sales service
13. How are the payment methods?
Please pay 30% deposit to confirm an order, balance payment after finishing production. Please pay 50% deposit or full payment for very small order before production.
