No scratch peeling technique

• The egg peeling concept is based on no-scratch peeling technique. The part of cooking and peeling  line is designed to work with ungraded brown and white egg.
• The peeler has been optimized to reduce the shell impact in the egg to nearly zero. In order to ensure the breakage rate, we have designed the air-chamber adjusting and pricking system before cooking system. 
• Pre-cooling and spiral cooler to guarantee a normal temperature for egg peeler device.  Around 98% yields with any kinds of eggs.
