1. Q: Are you a factory or trading company?
A: We are manufacturer with three factories, producing all the resin crafts. And base on the supporting of 30+ verified partner sub-factories whom have good relationships for more than 5 years, sometimes,we also do some trading business with our regular clients at little profits.
2. Q: Where is your factory located? How can I visit there?
A: Our resin crafts factories are located in Quanzhou City, FuJian Province, China, about 1.5 hours bus ride from Xiamen and about 40 minutes taxi ride from Jinjiang Airport. Customers can come here by air directly, or go through by HongKong airport. It's very convenience.
3. Q: What is the material of your products?
A: With the supporting of our sub-factories, we can make products with complex materials, such as : Polyresin, pewter, metal and cloth.
4. Q: How can I get some samples?
A: We are glad to offer you exsiting samples by free. And, for all chargeable samples, we will refund to you when you place bulk orders to us.
5. Q: Can you help me make my own designs development? How about the sampling fee and lead time?
A: Sure. We always welcome OEM&ODM, and we have powerful design teams to do this. Just provide us your ideas and drawings, we can make vivid 3D items for you in 15-20days. The sampling fee is according to the size/materials of the items.
6. Q: How does your factory do regarding quality control?
A: Quality is priority. We always set Q/C teams in each product line, from cover to cover, also we welcome nominated third party inspection companies to do the Q/C.
