♦ Introduction
What is Vacuum Forming
Vacuum forming is a plastic moulding technique where a sheet of heated plastic is pressed down onto a pattern, or mould. Air is then sucked out of the area beneath the plastic, pulling it tightly down onto the pattern, closely following its shape. The result is a fast and technologically simple (hence, low cost) manufacturing technique that is used in a broad variety of applications such as blister packs, storage containers, drinking glasses and more. Using a vacuum forming machine is straightforward process once you're aware of the basic principles.
Working Process
Carry materials manually→ clamp the materials → move the material into the oven,(while we can use blow function to keep material not drap down), after the material to soft →take the material to forming area → Bubble blow the material before vacuum (this is important function) → the vacuum will auto start→ open the fan to cold→ separate the model and material →take the material out
Suitable Materials
PVC, PET, PP, PC, ABS, Acryliccapped ABS,PS, EPS, HIPS, LDPE, HDPE, Polyethylene and polypropylene, Polycarbonate and all thermoplastic shee, Speciality materials meeting fire, smoke and toxicity regulations
♦ Appliation
This machine is adapt for PVC, PP, PET, PEGT, OPP, POF, PS, ABS etc, it can transform plastic sheets into various plastic blisters. These blisters are widely used in hardware, stationery, commodity, electronic products, health products, disposable cups etc.
♦ Features
1)This machine is fully automatic. Just place plastic roller onto the frame, then forming, cooling, transporting, cutting can be done automatically.
2)The control board is near the operator, can be operated easily, greatly improve the efficiency of production.
3)The far-infrared ceramic heating elements can control every single block heater temperature, more power-saving features, and reducing production cost.
4)The furnace is guided automatically.
5)The cooling system is independent by cold water
6)This machine can form all kinds of blisters or tray just replace mould.
7)We provide one cooling water machine in free
