Dongguan Longly Machinery Co., Ltd guarantees its products for a period of 12 months after date of commissioning/start-up. The guarantee refers to faulty design, bad workmanship and/or installation included in these services. The guarantee is limited to the replacement or the repair of defective parts, when accepted by LONGLY.
Not covered by the guarantee are:
ü Wear and tear parts (product-wetted parts).
ü Parts subject to normal wear or wear by aging process.
ü Damage or defects caused by:
- Incorrect operation of the equipment;
- Modifications carried out without our approval;
- Start-up or tests carried out without the presence of our staff
In no case however, Dongguan Longly Machinery Co., Ltd will be liable for any consequential losses / damage, such as loss of production, etc.
