How to order?
Step1. After making clearly every details with our sales, please confirm orders to us.
We will send you a proforma invoice ( PI),before sending the PI,pls provide your informations, such as Company name , delivery address , post code ,tax number , tel.no and person name
Step2. Send payment T/T or West union or MoneyGram accroding to the PI and send back us the bank slip,if you have problem of payment,pls feel free to contact us,we will figure it out.
Setp3.We will delivery by fedex/DHL/UPS/TNT within 1-2 days upon payment arrival.for ink and machine,we will ship by sea or by air as per your instruction.
Delivery Time: Spare parts and print head have large stock,the machine and ink is 3-7days,the Spare parts and printhead is 1-2 days,
If you need to buy more goods, but the price is not very cheap, or do not find in our store, please contact us!
1:Q:is the Spare parts or ink original?
A:Sure,we are professionally selling Flora spare parts and inks,we ensure that all the goods we sell is original from manufactory.
2:Q:If we buy the ink or spare parts from you,do you have technical support?
A:Sure,we know Flora printer very well,we have professional engineer to support you if any technical problem.
2:Q:What kind of shipping method available ?
1) If you order the ink less 40L,we suggest sending by fedex express with lower cost,here we will find the fedex to help you to send without worry.
2) If you order the ink more than 40L,then think of sending by air if need urgently,if not,then send by sea to save cost.here we can find the forwarder to send if no appointed forwarder from you.
3) For Spare parts,can send by FEDEX,DHL,TNT as per your instruction.
- Warranty
- 1. All products have been checked and packaged in good condition before dispatch.
- 2. All products have 3months warranty. Printhead and consumable parts is not included like filter,pump,encoder strip etc,pls check with us if any doubts.
- 3. if you are not satisfied with our product and service. Please contact us first before giving a non positive feedback or dispute. we will try to our best to solve the problems.
- Shipment
- 1. Item will be shipped within 1-3 business days.
