During the warranty period, if any product purchased from our company malfunctions, we will provide necessary technical support, or even send engineers to solve the problem with the buyer providing proper accommodation, all the fees for transportation(the air tickets to you for economy class), insurance and medicines, and salary for our engineers*2 and 1 translater,the sallary based on USD60 per day.

1.can this machine fill jcarbon beverage ?
Answer: no ,this is a none-gas beverage filling machine , if you need gas beverage filling please contact John for another offer .
2. what kind of bottle can be filling in this machine ?
Answer: normally ,PET/PP plastic bottle and volume under 10L , the shape of the bottle should be regular one , if you get glass or special bottle shape ,please contact with John for OEM service.
3.how many years guarranty can we offer and after service ?
Answer: we can give at least 3 year warranty . after service :if the machine happen to be broken ,we will need you explain us what is the problem ,we will solve it by sending free spare parts ,or sending our engineer oversea when it comes big problem.
4.Touch screen language and manuel language ?
Answer: no matter you are english language man , spanish ..ect... we can get translate the manuel with your requirest language and update the PLC and touch screen with your language , make it easy for your operation .
