5. What kind of certificates approved for the products?

6. Samples for free, or not?
A: If our existing samples, they are free only with freight collect; if customized samples, the cost depends on your design, such as printing mold charge. Generally, we try to provide free samples and our customers only have to pay express freight.
7. How to pay sample charges?
A: Please pay to our company account and we will arrange to make samples once we receive your sample fee. The sample leadtime is about 7-15days, depends on the artwork.
8. Production leadtime?
A: Generally, the leadtime is 30-45days after sample confirmation, order confirmation and receipt of deposit. But if the quantity is large, the leadtime will be longer. We’ll try our best to catch customers date.
