What do I do if?
Q1. I want to check the software version
l Turn on the device, the software version number will be shown on the screen while the device is starting up.
Q2.The device can’t be turned on
l Check the power adapter, or change another workable power adapter.
l Check the battery, or change another normal battery.
l Remove the battery, and only connect the power adapter. Or use the battery only, and do not connect power adapter to test it.
l Then check the Power Supply Circuit and switch on/off the circuit according the test result. If the circuit has no problem, but it still can not turn on, please try to discharge.
Q3. SIM card can’t be detected
l Check whether the SIM card is installed well.
l Install the SIM card again.
l Change another SIM card
l Scrape the surface of the metal spring in the SIM card slot with knife.
l Check whether all the weld point of the SIM card slot is welded well. If not, please weld it again.
l Replace the part of the SIM card slot.
Q4. No wireless signal
l Check whether it has GSM wireless signal in this place. If no or signal is very weak, try to test the device in another place where has good GSM wireless signal. Otherwise, open the shell of the device, and check if the antenna is connected well.
