1) calcium silicon barium alloy is efficient and new type of composite alloy, in department of barium alloy is steelmaking deoxidizer, desulfurization agent, also have a function of dephosphorization; Is the nucleating agent and modifier in casting.
(2)The barium in steelmaking temperature range to effectively reduce the vapor pressure of calcium, calcium increase solubility in the liquid steel. Compared with the calcium silicon alloy, silicon barium calcium alloy as a source of calcium in liquid steel, the adding amount of calcium even halfway through the calcium silicon alloy addition amount, the calcium content in the molten steel is about twice the calcium silicon alloy, calcium in liquid steel is improved significantly. Fully display barium effectively protect the calcium in liquid steel, reduces the calcium oxide, so as to achieve the purpose of steel liquid calcium treatment
