The details of the shelf
1. Upright:40*80*2.0/2.5, 30*80*2.5mm, the hole distance we have three models, 25mm, 35mm and 50mm.
2.Back panel, each one could be assembled separately, could not effect others.
3. shelf board, there are 8 bends, could be rolled by special machine. the thickness of bracket could
be 2.5mm and 3.0mm
4.Surface treament: power coated line is 500m, with GEMA brand Gun. The color could be according to RAL color system.
5. our factory have passed ISO certification and CE certification.
Material of layer: steel, wood, steel wire with chroming, toughened glass; style, colors and size can be customized
Art of surface treatment: fore-derosination(unoil)→derosination→washing(remove residues alkalinity)→rust cleaning→washing→surface adjustment→washing→parkerising(form parkerising film)→washing→passivation(remove residues impurity)→washing→drying→electrostatic spraying→180 temperature solidify for 20 minutes→air drying→inspecting→packaging and storage→waiting for shipment
