I. Overview

 

YD74 series two-wire integrated eddy current displacement sensor in YD98 series eddy current 

displacement sensor based on surface mount through micro-encapsulation technology, the front 

circuit and integrated into the probe, is a high performance, low-cost new eddy current 

displacement sensor, is the Company's patented product.

 

YD74 series two-wire integrated eddy current displacement sensors are widely used in electric 

power, petrochemical,metallurgy, machinery and other industries, for large rotating machinery shaft 

displacement,shaft vibration, shaft speed and other parameters on-line real time monitoring, you can 

analyze the work equipment status and cause of the failure to effectively protect the equipment and 

predictive maintenance. Measure displacement, amplitude, speed, size, thickness, surface roughness 

and so on.

 

II. The performance index

 

YD74 series two-wire integrated eddy current displacement sensor designed and manufactured according 

to U.S. military specifications, the probe head using a variety of chemical corrosion resistance to a 

moderate level of polyphenylene sulfide (PPS) injection molding, the coils are tightly sealed; circuit using 

anti-acid Stainless steel or M10 × 1 M16 × 1 thread tube and epoxy encapsulation, moisture, dust; 

signal cables, shielded cables can be made of stainless steel metal hose armor protection; has the power 

polarity, output short circuit protection features, Any wiring error does not damage; may be long-term 

continuous operation in harsh environments.

3, Working temperature: -25 ~ +85 °C, temperature drift 0.05% / °C.

 

4, Protection grade: IP68.

 

5, the output forms: two-wire-wire voltage or current output.

 

6, Frequency Response: 0 ~ 10kHz, amplitude frequency characteristic  ~ 1kHz attenuation of 

less than 1%, 10kHz attenuation of less than 5%; phase-frequency characteristic 0 ~ 1kHz phase 

difference is less than -10 °, 10kHz phase difference is less than -100 °

 

7, the voltage output format sensor power supply: 

(1) +12VDC ~ +30 VDC power supply, the output range 0.1 ~ 10.5V or 1 ~ 5V or 0.5 ~ 4.5V, 

power consumption ≤ 12mA (excluding output current); 

(2) - 18VDC ~-24VDC power supply, the output range -2V ~ -18V, 

power consumption ≤ 12mA (excluding output current); 

(3) ± 12VDC ~ ± 15VDC power supply, output 0 ~ +5 V or 0 ~ +10 V or -5 ~ + 5V or

 -10 ~ +10 V Power Consumption ≤ ± 12mA (excluding output current).

Current output format sensor power supply: +18 VDC ~ +30 VDC power supply, 4 ~ 20mA 

current output, power consumption ≤ 12mA (excluding output current).

 

8, Ripple (measuring the gap constant maximum output noise peak): Voltage output in the form 

of sensor output ripple is less than 20mV; current output in the form of sensor output ripple is 

less than 30uA.

 

9, load capacity: voltage output in the form of sensor output impedance is less than 51Ω, 

maximum drive signal cable length 300m; 4 ~ 20mA current output in the form of sensor is not 

greater than the maximum load resistance 750Ω, with a maximum load resistance when the 

output changes -1%.
