Bluetooth speaker(quantity below 100pcs) will be shipped out within 2-3 days via express except holidays.
Usually taking 3-7 days by express(DHL,FEDEX,UPS,TNT).
Our product defective rate ≤1‰ ,if there are defective items,we will send extra pieces next order or reduce corresponding money.

Can I have my brand/logo on the speaker? e.g: two-color pringting,is there extra cost?
Yes,we can provide OEM brand,for logo printing,we'd suggest laser engraving,as it's metal case,silk printing logo is very easy to fade away,and kindly advise laser engraving is ONE-COLOR logo(there isn't extra cost for it).Please let us know if you want to see the engraving effect firstly,thank you.
What's your pairing name for your speaker?Is it possible to change to my own brand?
Our pariring name is"My vision",Yes,we can change it based on your requests,and the MOQ is 1000pcs.
How can recharge the speaker?will you provide the adaptor?
1.There's USB charging cable in the gift box,you can use the charging cable from the computer.
2.Charging voltage is DC 5V,you can use the cellphone adaptor which is DC 5V.
Can I connect the speaker with my laptop/computer if there's no bluetooth?
1.Yes,you can connect themby Audio cable(which is packed in the gift box).
2.you can put a bluetooth adaptor into your computer's USB port to connect them.
What about the transportation?
Express(DHL,UPS,Fedes,ect);By air,By sea.According to the quantity you've ordered,we'll choose the most economy shipping for your reference.
If I want to check the sample quality firstly,how can get it?
We have sample charge,and can be refund the sample payment to you based on your order quantity.We can accept payment through Paypal,Western Union or T/T,and deliver the samples to you via Express.
Usually,it will take about 3 working days.
What's your factory's payment terms?
1.T/T:30% deposit,and 70% balance before shipment.
2.L/C at sight;
How about the delivery time?
Factory standard packing:
1.Sample:withing two days after receipt of your payment;
