Q2:Can I have my logo on the speaker? e.g: two-color pringting,is there extra cost?
A2:Yes,we can put your logo on the speaker by laser engraving,and there won't be extra cost if your
quantity reached our MOQ 500pcs.
Q3:Is it possible to do my own brand?
A3:Yes,we can provide OEM services based on your requests,and there will be no extra charge if your quantity reaches 1000pcs.
Q4:How can recharge the speaker?will you provide the adaptor?
A4:1.There's USB charging cable in the gift box,you can use the charging cable from the computer.
2.Charging voltage is DC 5V,you can use the cellphone adaptor which is DC 5V.
Q5:Can I connect the speaker with my laptop/computer if there's no bluetooth?
A5: 1.Yes,you can connect themby Audio cable(which is packed in the gift box).
2.you can put a bluetooth adaptor into your computer's USB port to connect them.
Q6:What about the transportation?
A6:Express(DHL,UPS,Fedes,ect);By air,By sea.According to the quantity you've ordered,we'll choose the most economy shipping for your reference.
Q7:If I want to check the sample quality firstly,how can get it?
A7:We have sample charge,and can be refund the sample payment to you based on your order quantity.We can accept payment through Paypal,Western Union or T/T,and deliver the samples to you via Express.Usually,it will take about 3 working days.
Q8:What's your factory's payment terms?
A8: 1.T/T:30% deposit,and 70% balance before shipment.
