Features
Adopts an all-packet architecture to construct a platform for carrying and uniformly grooming GSM/UMTS services and evolution trend to LTE in future.
Supports synchronous Ethernet and IEEE 1588v2 clock synchronization. The clock solutions can smoothly fit into the chain network, ring network, and mesh network, solving the clock synchronization problem of the mobile carrier network.
Provides the QoS-TE function on the network side and hierarchical QoS policies on the user side, which helps uniformly allocate and supervise network resources and increase the bandwidth utilization.
With the hardware-based OAM features, the PTN 3900 supports a large number of OAM flow and service protection groups, while ensuring that the end-to-end protection switching time is less than 50ms.
A uniform and high-performance network management system (NMS) improves the operational capabilities and maintenance efficiency through simple but effective end-to-end service provisioning and OAM.
