Features and Advantages ------ Rotary drilling rig
It takes telescopic prop (mast) structure in domestic rotary drilling rig for the first time, and it can be transported comprehensively with front lodge without disassembly. Moreover, the shift between transportation and working situation is rapid.
It takes U-shape connecting form between props and drilling rig. The main winch is placed in U-shape groove right eyesight of the operator (the operator can observe the working condition of main winch all the time), and the structure is simple and practical.
It takes the structure of guiding support under drill pipe, which not only guarantees the verticality of the drill pipe in drilling process, but also avoids the trouble of disassembling the supports in transportation.
The design of miniaturization, lightweight and practical application, and the comprehensive transportation without assembly, decrease the use cost and transport cost of the equipment sharply.
Under working condition, the min vertical height of the prop can be adjusted to less than 13m freely. Low altitude over-limited construction work can be performed after selecting different drill pipes.
Its construction ability can compare favorably with medium and large models due to its special innovation in its design structure, construction pile diameter of 600mm-1500mm and the largest depth of 65m.
The joint of the drill pipe and drill chuck takes cross head pin to fix, which not only guarantees the verticality of the drill pipe, also increases the safety factor of the drill chuck in construction.
