Brief Introduction
HF-58L directional drilling rig adopts steel track with rubber block. The drilling machine features
reasonable structure, convenient operation, and high stability. The hydraulic system adopts the
most advanced hydraulic guide control system for high efficiency and minimal operating force. It
is widely used in the city or outside trench-less pipe-laying.
Technical Characters
1. Pushing structure is chained wheel mode to reduce bearing capacity of roller chain, increase
drill rig’s pullback force storage, and enhance safety factor, which can save 20KW engine power.
2. Two-speed gear is used in rotary and thrust system which is in favor of hole clearance and
pullback process to improve work efficiency and rates of success.
3. Heavy-duty Hydraulic rotary power head adopts rock drill head. It can bear a larger impact load
and it is more suitable for both dry and wet drilling.
4. The carriage with rollers can reduce the friction and improve the lifetime of extension guide.
5. Tow hydraulic clamps make drill rods ’ chenging and removement more conveniently and
effectively.
6. Comfortable driving cab and concentrated control tower make operation more conveniently.
7. It equipped with 100-hour high energy cell in order to complete long distance drilling.
