YAMEI have a strong QC team to ensure the product quality during the production process. The way that we adopt is Key point control process. We set up more than 8 checking point to control the produce section quality. They are showed below:
1. Raw material checking point.
2. Color match checking point before silkscreen.
3. Color and size test checking point before cutting.
4. Color match control checking point before oil patterning.
5. Full sheet checking point before meshing.
6. Final quality checking point before warehouse.
7. Quality inspection report which according to international AQL standard will be provided to Customer before loading.
Except above regular checking point, we still arrange the random checking for every process.
