1. Do you accept Paypal ?
Yes, Paypal is available. Bank Transfer and Western Union etc is also available.
2. How long will my order be shipped after order confirmed?
Normally it will take around 12-15 business days to build new wheels. If we have your model in stock, it will need only 5-7 business days.
3. Does your company offer custom painting and decaling service?
Yes, we have professional designers for your painting and decaling. Just send us your logo design file or let me know your idea, we will produce the drawing to confirm before putting on the rims. We will send pictures for your confirmation before shipment.
4. Can I get any gifts when buying from you?
Yes, brake pads/ spare spokes will be sent along with your wheels.
5. I concern that I will have to pay high customs taxes if buying from you, yes?
Normally we will declare $120 in the invoice to help you pay less customs taxes if you have to pay. If you want to specify the value, just let me know, we are happy to help you.
6. How do I choose rim width among 20.5mm 23mm 25mm?
If you prefer lighter rims and ride faster, you can consider 20.5mm; if you prefer stronger rims and ride more comfortable, you can consider 25mm; if you prefer the best balance between lightness and stiffness, you should choose 23mm. ( 23mm is most popular choice for riders)
7. Can you guys make rims with Aluminium Alloy brake surface?
No problem, we are able to make carbon alloy rims. If you are used to braking hard, you may consider alloy brake surface – higher temp brake performance.
8. Can I Upgrade the hubs & spokes to lighter and better ones?
Sure, we have many choices for your upgrade options. We carry Novatec/ Powerway/ Bitex/ Chosen/ DT Swiss hubs and Pillar/ CN/ Sapim spokes etc. Feel free to contact us if you want upgrade.
9. You guys make road rims only? Can you do rims for MTB?
We are able to make rims for road/ track/ MTB/ DH etc.
10. Is internal hole available for your rims?
Yes, we can make rims in external or internal hole.
Just let me know your inquirements befor order.
11. What kind of tests do you do for your rims? UCI? EN? CE?
Our testing is EN 14781 standard. Besides, we are able to do UCI and other testing for your brands.
