1. With 30-angle or 45-angle oblique layout and hollow tubulose whole lathe bed, bending resistance and torsional stiffness resistance of machine tools when operating have been greatly improved. With twice aging treatment, it has promoted to improve the stability of lathe bed. High-rigidness and high-stability of lathe bed have provided powerful guarantee for complete machine’s high-precision.
2. Feed system have adopted direct connection drive of high-precision rolling ball screw or stick PTFE in the sliding surface or adopt linear guideway directly to eliminate creeping to improve machine tools’ operating precision and enhance moving parts’ abradability and anti-strike ability. At the same time, it could maintain guideway’s precision for long and enhance machine tools’ duration.
