Our company specialized in the production and sales of the FDY medium tenacity colored industrial polyester yarn and other colored industrial polyester yarn. Located in YiXing City, JiangSu Province, China. In 2015 the Annual output of the industrial polyester yarn amounts to 10000 tons. The material of colored industrial polyester yarn is 100% polyester. Our company import the German equipment BARMAG to produce the industrial polyester yarn. The colored industrial polyester yarn contain 600D-6000D, the main colors are red, yellow, black, green, blue, black, etc.. We can produce various color polyester yarn according to the customer's requirements.
Main Application
With the development of the market, the FDY medium tenacity colored industrial polyester yarn and the other dope dyed industrial polyester yarn filaments are used in more fields. For example: Deep water mooring ropes, deep sea heavy lift ropes, offshore mooring ropes. Sewing threads, Finishing nets ,Webbing, laminating & Coating fabrics etc.
Packing & Delivery
The FDY medium tenacity colored industrial polyester yarn and other industrial polyester yarn is paper tube packaging. The net weight of the package is about 12 KGS per tube. Each tube of polyester yarn is packed with a plastic bag, then packed in wooden pallet. Each wooden pallet can hold 64 tubes, the weight of polyester yarn is about 768 kilograms. The wooden pallet is winding with the film,then the pallets are packed into containers, each 20GP container can be loaded in the polyester yarn about 15000 KGS to 16000 KGS.
