Two types of the teeth whitening gel:
1- Syringe gel as below :
Syringe gel is 0.1% to 44% carbamide peroxide(cp) gel which is for home use
2- Dual barrel syringe as below:
We put in this syringe hydrogen peroxide gel from 1% to 35%
Hydrogen peroxide(hp) gel is stronger than carbamide peroxide gel three times
It means 1% hydrogen peroxide = 3% carbamide peroxide gel in strength.
why we use dual barrel syringe ?
1- normal syringe for gel can not resist the strength of 35% hydrogen peroxide
if we use normal syringe ? the strength of 35% hydrogen peroxide will lead to piston damaged an the hand spike will be push out
2- on dual barrel syringe there is space for accelerator normal syringe don not had
3- dual barrel syringe protect HP from the light, because HP sensitive to light and sunshine
