Dental Polymerization /Press Together Unit

 

This machine can be looked as two separate machine: the dental press, which is used to press the dentures and remove the unnecessary materials; and polymeriation unit, which is used to polymerize the denture under appropriate temperatures to make it turn solid to make the dentures more durable.

Operation method:

 

1.Overlap two molding boxes buried by routine methed (it had better that the above is converted),make them lying the center of the heater;turn the hand down and impact the box (it had better for the machine not to move ).

 

2.Put through the power ,turn the heating timer clock wise to primary position (usually 20-25 minutes according to the circumstance),wait 20 minutes after the heating power then you can remove the mording boxes and put it in normal temperature water and cool it .

 

 

 

. Notes:

 

1. The power socket must be earthed reliably
2. During working, hand don't touch the heating body, lest produce burns
3. During working, avoid the metal and water contact wire joints. If no working for long time, please cut off the power
