It Can be divided into electro galvanized steel wire and hot-dipped galvanized steel wire according to difference of zinc coating process. Galvanized steel wire, also known as galvanized iron wire, finds most uses in binding of construction materials or weaving of galvanized wire mesh products. Galvanized steel wire can be supplied in coil wire, cut wire or U type wire.
(1) Electro Galvanized Wire
(Also known as electric galvanized iron wire or galvanized steel wire)

(2) Hot dipped Galvanized Wire
(Also known as hot-dip zinc-plated iron wire, or thermally galvanized iron wire)
1.Processing by drawing, hot-dip zinc-plating
Standard wire gauge from 3# to 22#
Thick zinc-coating layer
Super in corrosion resistance
Firm coating layer
2. Zinc coating: about 20gram to 260gram.as customers' request.
3. production process:
Steel rod coil →Wire drawing →Wire Annealing →Acid Washing→ Zinc Feeding → Drying.
4. packing form: coils, 1kg/coil , 2kg/coil ... 25kg/coil, 50kg/coil
Big coil: 500kg /coil...
Plastic film inside and Hessian cloth outside; plastic film inside and weaving
Usage: Mainly use for telecommunication equipment and materials, medical equipment and device, weaving of wire mesh, steel rope, filtration mesh, high-pressure pipe, construction, arts and crafts,etc.
