Introduction
Mining mixer is used for mixing pulp before flotating separation work, which mixes the pulp with medicament sufficiently for mineral selection. The mixing tank can also used for mixing other non-metallic minerals. It is applied in the material with density not higher than 30% (calculated by weight) and fixed material size less than 1mm. It is flat-bottomed barrel with mechnical mixing method by radiant circular spiral impeller.
Application
Mineral powder mixer is suitable to all kinds of metal ore, especially for the mixing before the ore dressing, which is just the full mixing of pharmaceutical and sufficiently slurry can also be the mixing of the other non metal material.
For the mineral powder mixer ,the using concentration cannot be greater than 30 %( by weight), and the particle size of the fixed component is less than 1mm. the form of it is the flat bottomed bucket radiation cycle with the spiral impeller mechanical agitation.
Features:
1. Compact structure, good seal, and feed port settings the block gray board, to prevent the mist playing.
2. Stir mixing blades fanned when stirred media contact area.
3. In the mineral powder mixer , the nozzle row set, more water is uniform and can adjust.
4. Leftover ash and low settings box at the bottom of the watershed to ensure that the equipment no dead ends.
