Principle Introduction

FCS canopy is the abbreviation of Fabric Circle System, the meaning is fabric circulation traction system, made up of the transmission mechanism, fabric system and control system. One side of the transmission part for power, tubular motor rotate the reel pipe and ropewinder to release the wire rope. The other side of the transmission parts is fixed pulley, transmission wire rope through the pulley for reversing, make the two ends of a piece of wire rope fixed on ropewinder together and stay tight. The upper part of fabric fixed and tighten two or more wire rope (change for lead rail when big span). Fabric is installed transverse connecting rod from top end, equant spacing. Connecting rod is installed the pulley, pulley is rolling on the fixed steel wire, fabrics drag rod connects with transmission wire rope, driven by the pipe(motor) ,fabric is opening and closing along fixed rope wire. Because the tension of this system is small, you can choose the ordinary fabrics.
