Applicable for spunlace nonwoven forming.
We have following types of spunlace belt, include
BW0950402;BW03902;BW05902;BW06702;BW07502;BW09502;BW20252
and CXW27254.
our customer can select different types according to their different technical requirement.
Advantage
1.The wet tissue and mask widely used in our life is made by spunlace nonwoven, spunlace nonwoven production line have three parts: prewet; drum and base part. our spunlace belt is best choice for our customers.
2.For our spunlace belt, BW0950402 is made by 0.5mm polyester wires in warp side and 0.4mm 316L material stainless steel wires in weft side. the main characteristic of our BW0950402 is: the sailent point of our belt is prominent, so the hole of spunlace nonwoven cloth formed by our BW0950402 is apparent.
3.We make endless joint for our spunlace belt, and the joint is towards inside, so the surface of our belt is very smooth, will not hang any fibers by joint.
Processing
Warping--Buckling--Weaving--Once heat set--Twice heat set--Edge reinforcement--Packing--Finish
Treatment
We make endless joint and resin edge reinforcement for our spunlace belt.
Inspection
We use air permeability test apparatus for air permeability testing, and breaking force test apparatus is use for tensile strength testing.
Packing
We have three types of packing, poly bag; wooden box and carton, our customers can select either one according to their request.
