Pressure ball machine introduction:
This machine is high pressure, high strength mineral powder pressing ball machine, mainly used for non-ferrous metal and black metal shaping, then throw worked materials into the furnace directly smelting, improve its value. All of metallurgy industry wastes, auxiliary materials need to smelt by furnace, all need this machine. Such as dust ash, sludge, oxide, steel slag, iron ore concentrate power, aluminum ash powder, silicon manganese powder, etc.
Type of Pressure ball machine:
1. two roller:
This type of briquette press have two larger rollers in a fixed position in the frame, the other two smaller rollers are moveable. As its named implied, it has four rollers and press briquettes for twice times, so it make briquettes stronger and in higher density. This machine is national patent product in China. The output briquette is in high quality and strong (not easy broken) that won't be broken when dropped from 150-250cm height. Meanwhile, it is easy for combustion, no smell and last longer when burning.
2.four roller:
Four-roller machine working principle is that the two vice-roll pre-suppress materials in the form of pipeline to lay a solid foundation for the finished ball. For finished products heroes ball solid foundation. After the main roll for feeding and secondary pressure, the pressure of materials multiplied, squeeze the ball more solid product. Reached a multiplier effect. Loose on the local materials, such as coke, iron skin, dust powder effects of sludge and other materials is very obvious
