After price confirmation, you can require for samples to check our quality.
If you need the samples, we will charge for the sample cost .But the sample cost can be refundable after order
confirmation when your quantity of the order is more about the minimum order quantity.

The guarantee period would be 3 years counting from the date when you receive them.
4. Can you do the customization for us?
Yes. We have professional electrical engineer team. .Just tell us your requirement and we will help to finish
your real samples. We can do the product with your own logo on the inner case label, box label and catorn
label.
5. How long can I expect to get the sample?
After you pay the sample charge and send us confirmed files, the samples will be ready for delivery in 4days.
The samples will be sent to you via express and arrive in 5 days. You can use your own express account or
prepay us if you do not have an account.
6. What is your terms of delivery?
We accept EXW, FOB, CIF etc. We can accept payment by 30% or 50TT in advance,balance before shipping,
LC , Western Union and MoneyGram. You can choose the one which is the most convenient or cost effective
